At Evivve, we believe in making impactful learning experiences accessible, flexible, and cost-effective. Our credit system is designed to give facilitators full control over their training sessions, making it easy to scale programs, manage costs, and unlock valuable insights through reports. Whether you’re running a small team session or a large-scale training initiative, this guide will help you understand how credits work and how to make the most of them.

What is a Credit in Evivve?

A credit in Evivve is the unit used to run programs. Facilitators use credits to launch sessions, allowing participants to engage in immersive learning experiences. Every session requires credits to operate, making them essential for utilizing Evivve’s powerful game-based learning platform.

When Do You Need to Use a Credit?

Credits are required every time you run an Evivve session. Here’s how it works:

  • Each program consists of one or more sessions.
  • By default, a program includes a single session.
  • A single session can accommodate up to 12 participants in a virtual setting and 20 participants in a physical setting.
  • You need 2 credits to run one session.
  • If you want to handle a larger number of participants, you can create multiple sessions.

Credits Pricing and Bulk Purchase Discounts
