The game's pace is intense. What I learned is that communication was key. Our initial strategy faltered because orders were taken but not delivered. The crucial point? We learned to help one another. When someone was mining, we knew we had to chip in. Overall, it was a really good first round.

The game is great for communication – its importance is clear. It’s great for managing time and stress, and how not to give up. From a project management perspective, it’s a good game, a good experience, and it's good we're talking all the time.

This was a straightforward process that leads you through how to set up, demo and run a real game. I feel really well equiped to deliver this experience for real delegates and can see how it will be a helpful resource for me and them.

The program allowed me to get familiar with the platform, understand the mechanism of the game and learn some tricks on how to conduct it for maximum effectiveness. As a team coach this certification allows me to use the game and thus observe team dynamics first hand, much more than any classroom training would do.
