To enhance Evivve's real-time insights, we've introduced Session Insight Recording, allowing for deeper analysis of team dynamics during gameplay.

• Permission-Based: Recording is initiated only after you grant explicit permission.
• Session-Specific: Permissions are reset with each new session, ensuring you have control every time.
  
  

⇒ How We Handle Your Data

We prioritize your privacy and data security:

• Secure Storage: Session data files are stored in Google Cloud Storage, which encrypts data both in transit and at rest.
• Transient Processing: Transcriptions are generated using Google Cloud Speech-to-Text, which processes audio data in memory and does not store it permanently.
• Access Control: Only authorized personnel have access to recordings and transcriptions, managed through strict identity and access management protocols.
