Evivve has always been about providing engaging, interactive learning experiences, and now, we’ve made it even easier to access and manage our programs with a simplified credit system. If you’ve been with us for a while, you might remember the old “Free Credits” system, which was confusing and had limitations. That’s why we’ve revamped our approach, making it more transparent and accessible for facilitators worldwide.

In this blog, we’ll cover everything you need to know about the new credit system, pricing, program tiers, game customizations, and reports. Let’s dive in!

A Simpler, More Accessible Credit System

We’ve replaced “Free Credits” with a single credit system, ensuring a straightforward process for facilitators. With this change, we’ve also adjusted the pricing:

  • Credits are now more affordable, reduced from $250 to $125 per credit.
  • Standard programs now cost 2 credits, keeping the actual price the same.
  • Facilitators who already own credits will have their credits doubled to align with this new system.

CreditsCredits Price (USD)Discount (%)
1$125.000
10+$1,156.257.5
20+$2,187.5012.5
50+$5,156.2517.5
100+$9,687.5022.5
200+$18,125.0027.5

By purchasing credits in bulk, you can significantly reduce the cost per credit, making it more affordable to run multiple programs and access reports.

Program Tiers: Choosing the Right One for You

Evivve offers two program tiers to cater to different needs:

Standard Program (2 Credits)

The full Evivve experience with no restrictions and full customization options. Ideal for professional sessions with more than 5 participants.

  • Game Duration: 20 - 60 minutes
  • Head Start: 50 - 500
  • Consequence: Relaxed - Strict
  • Pace: Slow - Fast
  • Overall Difficulty: Cake - Insane

Restricted Program (1 Credit)

Previously known as “Free Programs,” these are designed for facilitators to showcase Evivve to their clients. They come with restrictions on time, participants, sessions, and customization.

  • Game Duration: 20 - 30 minutes
  • Head Start: 400 - 500
  • Consequence: Slightly Relaxed - None
  • Pace: Slow - Slightly Slow
  • Overall Difficulty: Easy

Game Customizations and Their Importance

Evivve offers several customization options to tailor the experience to your objectives. Here’s why they matter:

1. Game Duration (20 - 60 mins)
The ideal duration is around 45 minutes to ensure players have enough time to explore decision-making psychology. Shorter sessions may not provide a complete learning experience.

2. Head Start (50cr - 500cr)
This refers to the in-game currency each player starts with. A lower value makes progression harder, forcing players to be more cautious. A higher value allows for more experimentation and collaboration.

3. Pace (Slow - Fast)
This setting determines how quickly offers appear during the game. A slower pace gives players more time to communicate, while a faster pace adds chaos and complexity, testing team coordination.

4. Consequence (Relaxed - Strict)
Controls how long it takes for new offers to appear if the current one is declined. A strict setting discourages quick rejections and forces players to be more strategic.

5. Overall Difficulty (Cake - Insane)
Affects the number of calamities in the game. Higher difficulty means lands go barren faster, forcing players to diversify and strategize carefully.

Reports: Deep Insights from Evivve Sessions

Evivve provides powerful Group, System, and Personal Dynamic Reports to help facilitators analyze participant behavior. Reports can be purchased individually or in bundles.

Q1. How do I calculate the credit cost for a combination of products/services?

To calculate the total credit cost, follow these steps:
Choose a program (you can pick only one):

  • Standard Program = 2 credits
  • Restricted Program = 1 credit

Choose a report bundle (optional but required if purchasing reports):

  • Group Bundle (GDR + SDR) = 2 credits
  • All PDRs Bundle = 5 credits
  • All Reports Bundle (GDR + SDR + All PDRs) = 6 credits

Your total credit cost = Program cost + Report bundle cost.

Q2. Will I be able to use my credits in the same way as before?

The functionality of the credits remains the same; they can still be redeemed for the same programs and reports, but with the added flexibility of smaller increments.

Q3. Can you provide an example of how the new credit structure works in practice?

Illustrate with a specific example. For instance, "Previously, an individual report cost 0.5 credits. Now, it costs 1 credit. However, since each credit is worth less ($125 instead of $250), the actual dollar cost remains the same".
